The Wooli wooli river is one of the purest waterways in Australia. The Wooli Wooli River is 34 Kilometres in length, it passes through newfoundland state forest before winding through the Youraygir National Park. The Wooli Wooli River is one of Australia’s best nurseries for the Sydney Rock Oyster. The spectacular river can be navigated in its 20km by canoe, kayak or stand-up paddle board. Keep an eye out for Kangaroos, emus, kingfishers, brolgas, parrots and black-neck storks along the banks.

Surfing at Wooli Beach

In addition, Wooli is also a popular destination for outdoor activities. With its warm weather, visitors can go for a surf at Wooli beach (Wilsons northern side, River mouth southern end) Minnie Waters and Diggers Camp, these beaches are secluded, quiet, clean and plentiful. Please also note swimming rips dominate the beach, swim between the flags at patrolled section.

The Wooli general store is opened daily, however, it is always a great idea to do a grocery shop before your stay or get a Woolworths or Coles online delivery to your front door.
Emilos Bistro and Pizzeria: Wooli Pub offers gourmet Italian pizzas, steaks, salads, entrees and mains, Wooli Wooli Café: Is the local coffee shop serving healthy home-made food, coffees and milkshakes.
Minnie Waters General Store: Yummy homemade pies, sausage rolls, burger and fries - Great Coffee
Harrys Chinese: Located in the Wooli Bowling club and serves traditional Chinese sizzling dishes with fresh ingredients will make your mouth water.

Wooli Oyster Van

Wooli is famous for its oysters. The Wooli Wooli River is recognised to be one of the most untouched river systems in New South Wales, thus the cleanest, most tasty oysters are cultivated. The season for fresh oysters is October through to April. However, the Wooli Oyster Van mostly operates through the school holidays.

Pillar Valley Tomatoes

A Must!!! Before you turn right to Wooli Road, veer left and grab yourself a bag of locally fresh grown Tomatoes. The best tomatoes ever, tasty, juicy and sweet. We can’t recommend them enough.

Casa Bonita Beach house is designed to maximise coastal views, sunlight and cool ocean breezes. Casa Bonita includes generous living/dining and kitchen area that flows on to the balcony area on to the back doorstep of the ocean. It also includes ceiling fans in each room, electric heaters, unlimited Wifi, smart tv, Bluetooth sound system, luxurious linen, fresh towels and beach sarongs per guest. The main bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a wardrobe and TV, the guest room is a Queen bedroom that has a dresser, and the third bedroom is separate from the main house. This is not recommended for young children. Instead, we can offer a fold-out bed inside the main house on request.

At Casa Bonita you have your own washing machine and dryer with complimentary washing powder. Please also note you have two toilet facilities. One toilet is located closer to the third bedroom and the other located in the laundry room. Casa Bonita also offers a modern separate Shower room with amenities such as Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.

Got a pooch who needs a holiday too? Well-mannered and behaved small pets are welcome after consultation with friendly owner.

I absolutely loved staying at casa Bonita and will definitely be booking again, the house is beautiful I felt right at home and it was the best location to spend winter mornings sipping on coffee watching the sunrise from the warmth of the lounge and the outdoor table enjoying nibbles at sunset, stunning location amazing host!!!!
